The star of the menu has to be the delectable pho. The broth is a labor of love, with layers of flavor that showcase the art of Vietnamese cooking. Josh Baskin noted, “The freshness of the vegetables and the broth is remarkable.” It's hard to resist slurping down a bowl of steaming steak pho after seeing the vibrant colors of fresh herbs and noodles—each bite feels like a warm hug.
But don’t overlook the banh mi options, where the French influence in Vietnamese cuisine is celebrated. Francis A described their experience with the beef banh mi as “delicious, flavorful and healthy food,” thanks to the combination of pickled vegetables and tender, rare steak, all encased in that crispy, homemade bread.
And for those with a sweet tooth, the boba milk tea offers a delightful twist, providing the perfect beverage to pair with your meal. “ WOW! Very cool place and very delicious food. FINALLY something that is authentic in the Martin County area. I forgot to take decent pics before diving right in, so here’s on of the Steak Pho half eaten we tried the spring rolls, egg rolls, wonton pho and traditional banh mi (they make their own bread, too! That’s amazing!) as well. HUGE portions — well worth the value. 11/10 on everything! We will be back! ”
“ I went Bahn Mi restaurant hopping this past weekend and visited 3 different Vietnamese restaurants in the area(PSL - St Lucie West and Stuart area). The attention to detail and sophistication of this sandwich is something I will do my best to describe. The homemade baked bread and aioli is top you get the true French experience/ influence. Next, the pickled vegetables and Rare steak (Beef Bahn Mi) true to Vietnamese way. Delicious, flavorful and Healthy food! 5 stars all around. The atmosphere is pleasant, nice music(not loud), clean and modern. Polite staff. A must try if you live in the area! ”
“ I walked in there to get a coffee, really nice soft spoken lady was really kind of helpful. I ordered a coffee not realizing it was a drip coffee. I was really impatient to get it, but the staff was so nice and so kind regardless not that I wasn’t patient, but I was just expecting a cold coffee But no they made it fresh. They dripped it and they served it with a smile. Definitely going back again. Tu was grate ”
“ Enjoyed my experience here. Food was very reasonably priced, it was quick, and I really enjoyed it. What I really liked was the freshness of the vegetables and the broth. I'm telling you that broth is so good. Come hungry. ”
“ If you're looking for some Pho where there's not enough meat and it's cut up really tiny then this is not the place! Portions are more than generous, pricing is better than most places! Broth is not spicy or watered down! Nice unique automated order intake system. ”
“ Absolutely amazing restaurant!! Very friendly and accommodating staff with great energy. The vegan pho is the best I’ve had. The broth is delicious and is a family recipe. Super fresh ingredients. I also got a Saigon herbal drink per recommendation and am very happy I did. I will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!! ”
“ First time here and absolutely amazing. Cute little spot. Service was great, food was delicious, flavorful and I was surprised by the serving size. I got a small and oh it’s definitely worth the price. Fresh ingredients and just delicious ”
“ My Daughter was craving something we have never tried before: Boba Tea. She prefers Strawberry flavored anything and I am more of an adventurous spirit, so I tried the Brown Sugar Boba Tea with tapioca pearls. The tea was WONDERFUL , but now I am wishing I had the flavored strawberry pearls instead. Tapioca was flavorless to me! LoL Though the little restaurant is two hours away from me, I will stop by again when I visit my parents for another trial flavor! Also I LOVE the cute faces on the cups!! ”
